Terms Of Service

Basic Terms

- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork:
posting it to my social media, presenting it in my portfolios or having it listed as an example for my commission sheets.- Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, most of my drawings may show some differences by styles, form and more.- If something happens and you want to cancel your slot on the waitlist. Feel free to let me know and I'll remove your slot from the list.- NSFW is allowed, characters listed must be 18 and above but drawings i've made are 19 and above, NSFW art made is for anatomy purposes only with a slight sexual look.
my limit is included with Fetishes, Furries, Gore will be forbidden.- I have the right to decline a commission request if the design isn’t under the agreement that I am comfortable to draw or if the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I’m unable to draw it.- Please do not use my work in any circumstances as in commissions made for you or my drawings to trace, copy or sell! You will be permanently banned from doing business with me including trading, and will be blocked.- Please be sure to credit me when posting it on social media platforms, sites, and other- I mainly draw female characters and rarely male characters.

Payment Process

- Payments are only accepted in USD.
- Paypal only and no refunds.
- Payment up front is my policy and will not change.
- The payment will be made before the commission has been started.
- Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours.
- If you'd like your artwork to be private and not posted it will cost an additional fee.
- In any case that I am unable to finish the commission while in progress for emergency
or private reasons, commissioner will be fully refunded.

Working Process

Commissioner will receive a draft of the sketch for approval. Afterward, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.The commission can take up to two weeks max depending one the render, sketches may take a day or two, it also depends how busy I am.There will be limits to edits as it takes up more time for the both of us and it is a lot of work, please try and make the details upfront before the commission, it is ok if you need a few days to have a thought on what you want specificallyIf you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand it will cost an additional fee depending on what is needed to be added or edited
